Requirements: At least one in each of these Tier levels below.

TIER 7: Walker Bulldog, T-71, IS, T-29
TIER 8: IS3, IS6, AMX 50-100, AMX 13 90, Tiger 2, T 69, Pershing, Rhoombha, T 32, KV4, RU251.
